Meet The Team

2015 bin ich zur MRL gestoßen und seitdem wirklich gern als Personalberater und Headhunter tätig. Neben dem Diplom in Soziologie habe ich einen Bachelor in Finanzwirtschaft erworben. Diese Brücke schlägt sich nun, da ich den Bereich Finance & Strategy verantworten darf. Aus unserem Büro in Dresden heraus betreue ich hauptsächlich Banken und Finanzdienstleister von klein bis groß und stehe auf horizontaler Ebene unseren Kunden im Technologieumfeld zur Seite, wenn es um Besetzungen mit Bezug zu Finanzen und Konzernstrategie oder einigen Sonderthemen geht. Strategisch bin ich zudem im Rahmen des Dresdner Management-Teams aktiv, um Themen für den Standort voranzutreiben. RPO-Projekt sowie die Beratung im Bereich Process Audit ergänzen mein Aufgabenfeld.

Außerhalb des Büros hängt mein Herz an Familie, Freunden und dem Fußball. Mit meiner Mannschaft im Heimatort macht es viel Spaß selbst zu spielen. Etwas mehr Erfolg wünsche ich mir für das Team unserer Stadt, um mir tatsächlich noch in diesem Leben den Traum eines Europapokal-Auswärtsspiels mit der SG Dynamo Dresden erfüllen zu können.

Joining MRL in back 2015 I really enjoy my job here as a Headhunter and HR consultant. I earned a Diploma in Sociology and a Bachelor's in Financial Economics which builds the bridge to my role at MRL, where I am entrusted to lead the Finance & Strategy business. Out of our Dresden office, I am mainly partnering with banks and financial institutions, covering start-ups and SMEs as well as globally operating firms. Moreover, I support MRL´s industry client base with their hiring needs regarding Finance and Corporate Strategy related business areas. Strategically I also deliver my own input to the Dresden management team to forward general topics to the office. RPO and Process Audit projects complement my consulting portfolio. 

My private life is dedicated to family, friends and football. I very much enjoy playing with my home town team in the Sunday League. It needs a little more success for our city´s team to make one of my dreams come true – accompany Dynamo Dresden to a European Cup away match.
