Having grown up near Goodwood and attended university in Bristol, Shannon moved to Brighton in 2021 to pursue a career. Her no-nonsense attitude has resonated with clients and candidates, helping Shannon to provide an extremely precise approach to recruiting the best candidates on the market.
In her spare time, Shannon enjoys climbing, going to the gym and soaking up as much sun as she can down the seafront (made all the easier now she lives right next to the coast).
