Role Overview: As the Commercial Manager for the EMEA region, you will be responsible for driving commercial success and strategic growth initiatives across our portfolio of data centers. Collaborating closely with key stakeholders, you'll play a crucial role in identifying new business opportunities, negotiating contracts, and fostering strong partnerships to ensure our continued success in the region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute commercial strategies to drive revenue growth and maximize profitability in the EMEA market.
  • Lead negotiations for lease agreements, service contracts, and other commercial arrangements with clients, vendors, and partners.
  • Analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs to identify opportunities for expansion and innovation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of commercial initiatives and projects.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and industry influencers to enhance our market presence and reputation.
  • Provide strategic guidance and insights to senior management on market dynamics, emerging trends, and potential risks.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Surveying, or a related field; MBA preferred.
  • Proven experience in commercial management, business development, or related roles within the data center industry.
  • Strong understanding of commercial principles, contract negotiation, and risk management.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strategic thinker with a proactive and results-driven approach.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
