Director Account Management - Lifecycle Services - Hardware

Location: US remote
Employment Type: Full-Time 

A global provider of aftermarket lifecycle services and technology solutions is seeking a Director of Account Management to lead its computing division.

This role will focus on driving strategic growth across the computing division, managing key global customer relationships, and leading commercial initiatives to maximize long-term profitability and customer retention.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute the overall growth strategy for the computing division 
  • Build and maintain strong executive-level relationships with key global customers and strategic partners
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within the OEM computing and electronics market
  • Lead complex commercial negotiations including pricing, contracts, renewals, and service agreements
  • Collaborate closely with operational site leadership to ensure best-in-class customer delivery and service performance
  • Drive customer satisfaction by proactively managing escalations and ensuring timely resolution across global operations
  • Leverage international operational capabilities to create scalable and value-driven customer solutions
  • Maintain strong understanding of market trends, competitive landscape, and customer strategies within the computing services industry
  • Support forecasting, account planning, financial performance management, and broader commercial operations
  • Partner cross-functionally with operations, finance, and leadership teams to support long-term strategic objectives

Requirements

  • Strong experience within the repair, aftermarket services, IT lifecycle, electronics services, or technology services industry
  • Proven background in strategic account management and business development within enterprise or OEM environments
  • Experience managing relationships with senior stakeholders and executive decision-makers
  • Demonstrated success negotiating complex commercial agreements and pricing structures
  • Strong commercial and financial acumen with understanding of profitability drivers
  • Ability to operate effectively within a fast-paced, global, and highly matrixed environment
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience supporting multinational customers and global delivery models preferred
