We're looking for a Test Technician to join our growing quality team in Hong Kong. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with an electronics engineering background and hands-on experience testing electronic components, who enjoys working with cutting-edge inspection technologies and maintaining the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

? Perform and lead a range of testing activities including Electrical Testing, X-Ray Inspection, Decapsulation (Decap), XRF Analysis, and Solderability Testing

? Introduce and implement new testing methods and equipment to support evolving quality standards

? Support testing requirements for high-value and critical electronic components

? Maintain testing equipment and ensure it remains fully operational and calibrated

? Stay current with industry testing standards and share best practices across global operations

? Prepare and approve detailed testing reports

? Support receiving and inspection activities when required

? Collaborate with quality, warehouse, and operations teams to ensure customer requirements are met

What We're Looking For:

• Electronics Engineering qualification or equivalent technical background

• Experience within the electronic components industry

• Knowledge of electronic assemblies, semiconductor manufacturing, wafer fabrication, and wire bonding processes is highly desirable

• Hands-on experience with component testing and inspection methodologies

• Strong computer and technical aptitude, including familiarity with hardware, processors, and electronic boards

• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and related systems

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

• Experience in distribution, logistics, or order management environments would be advantageous
