Role Overview: As a 3GPP Standardization Expert/Delegate, you will play a pivotal role in representing our client's interests at 3GPP Working Group meetings and influencing the direction of standardization efforts. Your responsibilities will include active participation in technical discussions, collaboration with key industry stakeholders, and driving advancements in industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Attend 3GPP meetings as a delegate, actively contributing to discussions and sharing valuable insights.
• Develop strategies and plans to guide standardization efforts, shaping timelines and priorities within 3GPP.
• Advocate for the integration of product requirements and research findings into standardization processes.
• Provide strategic guidance to internal teams based on a deep understanding of business objectives.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, providing mentorship and fostering a culture of best practices.
• Report directly to the Director of European Standardization & Industry Development, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Extensive expertise in wireless communication technologies and a thorough understanding of 3GPP standards.
• Demonstrated experience as a 3GPP delegate, with a proven track record of active involvement in standardization activities.
• Ability to effectively translate business needs into technical specifications.
• Exceptional communication skills, particularly in diverse and multicultural settings.
• Fluent proficiency in English, both spoken and written.
• Willingness to travel internationally as required.
