Responsibilities:

  •  Work closely with sales management and optical experts to identify and close significant business opportunities in targeted markets and establish strategic partnerships that drive revenue growth.
  • Develop and execute business plans focusing on revenue and profit growth. Penetrate new markets and applications to achieve ambitious company targets.
  • Provide crucial market feedback to company leadership, staying ahead of competitive offerings, market trends, and prospect needs to fuel continuous product development.
  • Participate in trade shows and conferences to network with thought leaders and influencers and generate high-value sales leads.
  • Act as the interface between customers and our manufacturing operations in China, ensuring efficient and profitable business operations.
Requirements:
  • BS or MS degree in optics, EE, or physics.
  • 3-5 years of successful B2B sales experience showcasing a keen ability to identify, negotiate, and close new business in a technical environment.
  • A willingness for new challenges and a commitment to achieving revenue growth targets, contributing to the company’s overall success.
