As our Recruitment Lead, you'll be based in our Hove office Monday to Thursday, working US hours (12:00pm-9.30pm). Your responsibilities will include driving business growth, overseeing billing operations, and leading recruitment efforts within the US semiconductor sector.
 
Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of recruitment consultants focused on semiconductor talent acquisition in the US, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to drive performance and achieve business objectives.
  • Develop and execute strategic business development initiatives to expand our client base and drive revenue growth within the semiconductor recruitment sector.
  • Build and maintain relationships with semiconductor companies and hiring managers through proactive outreach, networking, and client engagement activities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment on client needs, recruitment strategies, and billing processes.
  • Monitor accounts receivable and manage collections efforts to ensure timely payments and positive client relationships.
  • Prepare financial reports and analysis related to billing and revenue performance for US operations.
  • Provide leadership and direction to the recruitment team, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
 
Required Experience:
  • Several years of experience in recruitment, including previous experience managing recruitment consultants and leading business development efforts within the semiconductor industry.
  • Strong understanding of billing processes, recruitment operations, and US billing regulations.
  • Proven track record of success in business development, client acquisition, and revenue growth within the semiconductor recruitment sector.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to build rapport with semiconductor companies, hiring managers, and recruitment consultants.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and efficiency in recruitment processes.
  • Ability to work independently and prioritise tasks
  • Proficiency in recruitment software -ideally Bullhorn.
