Are you an experienced Product Engineer with deep knowledge of power semiconductors? Have you led new product introductions within automotive-grade environments?

A global semiconductor manufacturer with a strong footprint in discrete power devices is seeking a Product Engineering Manager to lead technical activities across its Automotive MOSFET portfolio.

This position is fully remote and can be based anywhere in Europe, with international collaboration across Europe, Asia, and the US.

The Opportunity

You will take hands-on technical leadership of new and established Automotive MOSFET products, driving new product introduction and supporting high-volume production within demanding automotive environments.

Your responsibilities will include:
  • Leading NPI activities from product definition through characterization, qualification, and release
  • Coordinating cross-functional teams across R&D, device design, packaging, manufacturing, marketing, and applications
  • Supporting yield enhancement and quality improvement programs
  • Driving structured problem-solving (8D, FMEA, statistical analysis)
  • Managing offshore product transfers between wafer fabs and assembly sites
  • Defining and reviewing datasheets and technical specifications
  • Supporting automotive qualification standards (AEC-Q101)
  • Presenting technical updates and project status to senior stakeholders

Your Background
  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Physics, Microelectronics, or similar
  • Strong product engineering experience within discrete power semiconductors
  • Deep understanding of Power MOSFETs (ideally trench technologies)
  • Proven experience leading NPI from definition to qualification and release
  • Experience with statistical yield management and data-driven problem solving
  • Familiarity with AEC-Q101 automotive qualification standards
  • Exposure to wafer and package test methods (ATE knowledge advantageous)
  • Experience working across international engineering teams
  • Willingness to travel internationally when required
