Our end-to-end Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) service can be tailored to manage all your recruitment requirements.
A typical RPO involves us operating as your internal recruitment division and positioning one of our Senior Recruitment Consultants’ to work solely with you. This individual becomes the primary point of contact for all recruitment activities and in turn runs a specialist team of consultants and additionally manages selective second-tier suppliers, all committed to your needs. From this position, any vacancies will then be filled either by your dedicated team of consultants or by our relevant recruitment divisions.
