Key Responsibilities

  • Develop new business through proactive outbound prospecting, including cold calling, networking, and regular customer meetings.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships through consistent communication, follow-up, and excellent service.
  • Understand customers’ business needs and recommend suitable products and solutions to meet their requirements.
  • Work closely with the Sales Director to develop and execute strategies that achieve sales objectives and quarterly gross profit targets.
  • Provide effective account management support, including customer liaison, coordination, order management, and follow-through on product enquiries and requests.
  • Identify opportunities to grow existing accounts and develop long-term commercial partnerships.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Must be based in or within a commutable distance to Seoul, South Korea. 
  • Diploma, degree, or equivalent industry qualification.
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in a sales, business development, or account management role.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
  • Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple customer requirements and priorities effectively.
