Your Mission
- Take full ownership of key accounts in the European market
- Identify new business opportunities and drive sales of electronic components
- Develop and execute sales strategies in collaboration with the leadership team
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships by understanding and responding to their needs
- Support customers with excess inventory management and value-added solutions
What You Bring
- A passion for sales – you thrive on building relationships and delivering win-win solutions
- A background in sales or technical products, ideally through a commercial apprenticeship or degree
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
- Resilience, positivity, and the ability to keep calm under pressure
- Excellent communication and multitasking skills
- Strategic, structured, and process-oriented thinking
- Proficiency in English and strong skills in Microsoft Office
