Location: Fremont, CA
Type: Full-time | Confidential Client

We’re recruiting on behalf of a breakthrough semiconductor company pushing the limits of analog and mixed-signal IC design for next-gen systems. Their team is growing, and they’re looking for an experienced Analog/Mixed-Signal IC Design Engineer to lead the development of high-performance, production-grade circuits.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop precision analog and mixed-signal ICs (amplifiers, data converters, voltage regulators, etc.)

  • Conduct advanced simulation, verification, and validation to meet design targets

  • Collaborate across digital, layout, and system architecture teams for full-chip integration

  • Lead innovation in design methodologies and implementation of emerging technologies

  • Provide mentorship and technical guidance to junior engineers

  • Support testing, debug, and characterization of silicon

  • Contribute to design reviews and process improvements

  • Maintain thorough documentation of specs, design approaches, and test results

What you bring:

  • MS or PhD in Electrical Engineering, with a focus on analog/mixed-signal CMOS design

  • 10+ years of experience in analog/mixed-signal IC design and successful tape-outs

  • Expertise in OpAmps, bandgaps, references, and system-level AMS design

  • Proficiency with industry-standard EDA tools (Cadence, Synopsys, Mentor)

  • Deep understanding of low-power, low-noise, and high-linearity techniques

  • Experience with FinFET nodes and high-volume production processes

  • Ability to create novel architectures and circuit-level solutions to complex challenges

  • Comfortable in a startup setting, both independently and in collaborative teams

Bonus points for:

  • Hands-on experience in ADC/DAC design

  • Background in memory or in-memory computing circuit design

  • AMS verification and mixed-signal methodology expertise

This is a rare chance to join a high-caliber team and directly shape the future of analog performance at scale. Interested in learning more? Let’s talk.
