Analog/Mixed-Signal IC Design Engineer

We’re recruiting on behalf of a breakthrough semiconductor company pushing the limits of analog and mixed-signal IC design for next-gen systems. Their team is growing, and they’re looking for an experienced Analog/Mixed-Signal IC Design Engineer to lead the development of high-performance, production-grade circuits.
Key Responsibilities:

Design and develop precision analog and mixed-signal ICs (amplifiers, data converters, voltage regulators, etc.)

Conduct advanced simulation, verification, and validation to meet design targets

Collaborate across digital, layout, and system architecture teams for full-chip integration
-
Lead innovation in design methodologies and implementation of emerging technologies
-
Provide mentorship and technical guidance to junior engineers
-
Support testing, debug, and characterization of silicon
-
Contribute to design reviews and process improvements

Maintain thorough documentation of specs, design approaches, and test results
What you bring:
-
MS or PhD in Electrical Engineering, with a focus on analog/mixed-signal CMOS design
-
10+ years of experience in analog/mixed-signal IC design and successful tape-outs
-
Expertise in OpAmps, bandgaps, references, and system-level AMS design
-
Proficiency with industry-standard EDA tools (Cadence, Synopsys, Mentor)
-
Deep understanding of low-power, low-noise, and high-linearity techniques
-
Experience with FinFET nodes and high-volume production processes
-
Ability to create novel architectures and circuit-level solutions to complex challenges
-
Comfortable in a startup setting, both independently and in collaborative teams
Bonus points for:

Hands-on experience in ADC/DAC design

Background in memory or in-memory computing circuit design
-
AMS verification and mixed-signal methodology expertise
