Business Development Manager – Mexico Borders

Travel Requirement: Up to 30%, including international travel
 

We’re partnering with a global distributor in the electronic components sector to find a skilled Business Development Manager . 

This role is centered on driving commercial growth by identifying new opportunities, deepening customer relationships, and representing a wide-ranging service portfolio. You’ll be instrumental in shaping strategy for your region while collaborating closely with key stakeholders across the business.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Grow the customer base within your territory, focusing on long-term partnership opportunities

  • Represent the full value proposition of the business (not just individual products)

  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and solution alignment

  • Travel for client meetings, trade shows, and cross-regional initiatives (domestically and internationally)

  • Leverage insights from the market to influence commercial strategy


Your Profile:

  • Background in electronic component sales or distribution

  • Confidence presenting to senior decision-makers, including procurement and executive leaders

  • CRM-savvy with a structured approach to pipeline and relationship management

  • Familiar with sales methodologies like Challenger, Miller Heiman, or Sandler (a plus, not essential)

  • Valid passport and driver’s license for business travel
