A globally recognised electronics supply chain and semiconductor distribution specialist is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to drive growth across Germany and the wider DACH region. This organisation partners with leading OEMs and CEMs worldwide, providing strategic sourcing, inventory management, and lifecycle solutions to support complex electronics supply chains.

This is a highly commercial role focused on new business development, strategic account growth, and long-term customer partnerships within key sectors including automotive, industrial, telecommunications, aerospace & defence, and medical electronics.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities across OEM and CEM customers within the DACH region
  • Build and manage strong strategic relationships with procurement, engineering, and supply chain stakeholders
  • Drive revenue growth through consultative sales of semiconductor and electronic component supply solutions
  • Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting and qualification through to negotiation and deal closure
  • Develop and execute account growth strategies to maximise long-term customer value
  • Work closely with global sourcing, supply chain, and operations teams to deliver customer solutions
  • Represent the organisation at industry events, trade fairs, and key customer meetings

Requirements

  • Proven experience in business development or sales within the semiconductor or electronic components industry
  • Strong track record of winning new business and growing strategic accounts
  • Experience working with OEM and/or CEM customers
  • Strong understanding of electronics supply chains, component sourcing, or semiconductor markets
  • Excellent commercial, negotiation, and relationship management skills
  • Ability to manage a full sales cycle in a complex B2B environment
  • Fluent German and English required
  • Based in Germany with the ability to travel across the region
