We're looking for a Quality Control & Component Tester to join our client's dynamic team at their facility in Oude Meer. This is a hands-on, detail-driven role ideal for someone with a passion for precision, electronics, and quality standards.

What You’ll Do:

• Conduct inspections and tests on incoming electronic components

• Match products to purchase/sales orders and verify against datasheet specs

• Identify and report non-conformances; generate inspection and test reports

• Label, stock, and process items according to internal and customer requirements

• Work with ESD protocols and contribute to process compliance (ANSI/ESD S20.20, ISO 9001, ISO 14001)

• Support cross-functional teams to meet shipping, quality, and documentation KPIs

What You’ll Bring:

• Experience in electronic component inspection, testing, or QC processes

• Solid documentation, analytical, and reporting skills

• Ability to read and interpret test results and datasheets

• Comfortable using Microsoft Word, Excel, and inventory management software

• Fluent in English (Dutch is a plus)

• Highly organised, detail-oriented, and a strong team player

• Flexible to work overtime and open to cross-training in other areas

 Desirable:

• Background in electronics or engineering

• Experience in ISO- or ESD-certified environments
