Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new supplier relationships while maintaining strong partnerships with existing vendors.
• Source electronic components and negotiate competitive pricing, availability, lead times, and commercial terms.
• Maintain accurate records of products ordered, received, and sourced from suppliers.
• Research and identify suitable vendors for materials, components, equipment, and supplies, assessing product availability, quality, pricing, and terms.
• Prepare and process purchase requisitions, purchase orders, and related procurement documentation.
• Review purchase orders, supplier claims, and contracts to ensure compliance with company policies and commercial requirements.
• Collaborate closely with the Account Executive and Sales teams through the company’s ERP system, maintaining detailed and accurate notes on suppliers, products, pricing, and opportunities.
• Proactively identify and present product availability and sourcing opportunities to support sales and revenue growth.

Required Experience:

• Diploma or equivalent in any relevant field
• Hands-on sourcing experience with CPUs, GPUs, memory, and other electronic components.
• Understanding of semiconductor and electronic component markets, including product availability, pricing, lead times, and supply-chain dynamics.
