Senior/Staff Design Verification Engineer – System-on-Chip (SoC)

Join a team developing advanced interconnect and memory hierarchy solutions for some of the most complex and high-performance System-on-Chip (SoC) designs in industries such as mobile, telecommunications, automotive, and consumer electronics.

This role offers the opportunity to work with a group of passionate, highly skilled engineers to design configurable, testable, and high-quality SoC components using a powerful hardware description and software integration language. Your work will directly contribute to technologies found in smartphones, electric vehicles, smart TVs, drones, satellites, and cloud infrastructure.

You’ll play a key role in shaping verification methodology, architecture, and environment, moving beyond isolated tasks to make a broad, meaningful impact. You’ll be part of a collaborative and experienced team that values innovation and engineering excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and debug advanced UVM-based test benches for SoC components.

  • Define, document, and execute RTL verification strategies and coverage at the system level.

  • Perform performance verification and power-aware verification tasks.

  • Triage regressions and debug RTL designs written in Verilog and SystemVerilog.

  • Continuously refine and improve verification methodologies, processes, and metrics.

  • Lead or contribute to complex SoC verification projects from test bench development to closure using UVM methodology.

Experience Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in RTL design and verification, with a strong preference for interconnect-related projects.

  • Proficient in developing and debugging UVM and SystemVerilog test benches.

  • Skilled in scripting for verification flow enhancement using Shell, Python, or JavaScript.

  • Experience integrating vendor-provided Verification IP (VIP) at both unit and system levels.

  • Familiarity with Arm AMBA protocols and high-performance, low-power design concepts.

Education

  • Minimum: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.

  • Preferred: Master’s degree or higher in a relevant discipline.
