Position: Director of Photolithography – DRAM
Location: North West USA (or remote/flexible depending on candidate)

About the Role
We are seeking a visionary and strategic leader to oversee the photolithography function within DRAM technology. This role drives innovation, operational excellence, and cross-functional collaboration to deliver next-generation memory solutions on a global scale.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership & Program Management

  • Define and implement a clear vision and strategies for the DRAM photolithography function aligned with organizational objectives.

  • Lead program-level initiatives to optimize performance, improve time-to-market, and resolve complex technical challenges.

  • Drive global technology deployment plans and ensure alignment across multiple sites.

Planning, Budget & Financial Oversight

  • Develop and manage budgets for the photolithography function, ensuring financial responsibility and efficiency.

  • Contribute to long-term planning, technical solutions, and evaluation of new corporate initiatives.

Technology Roadmap & Innovation

  • Foster a culture of innovation and align internal and vendor roadmaps with the organization’s technology vision.

  • Lead projects to meet technical requirements for new DRAM technology nodes and deliver unique intellectual property.

Vendor & Supplier Engagement

  • Manage strategic relationships with suppliers and vendors to advance photolithography technology.

  • Drive vendor roadmaps to meet product requirements and achieve best-in-class performance.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Collaborate with Product Development, Operations, Engineering, and vendors to optimize processes and resources.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with leadership across sites to enhance knowledge sharing and operational effectiveness.

People Leadership & Organizational Development

  • Mentor and develop technical and leadership talent, fostering team engagement, diversity, and succession planning.

  • Attract, retain, and grow top technology talent through performance management and professional development initiatives.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, Physics, Chemical Engineering, or related discipline.

  • 10+ years of experience in semiconductor manufacturing, with deep expertise in photolithography and DRAM technology.

  • Proven leadership of large technical teams and global-scale programs.

  • Strong experience in vendor management, technology roadmaps, and cross-functional collaboration.

  • Excellent communication, relationship-building, and talent management skills.
