As the company expands globally, it is seeking a driven and strategic European Sales Representative to support growth across key European markets.
Role Summary
The European Sales Representative will build and manage the company’s sales pipeline across Europe by identifying new opportunities, strengthening client relationships, and driving adoption of advanced surface technology solutions. This role suits a proactive salesperson with strong technical aptitude and the ability to operate independently in a dynamic, growth-oriented environment.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development & Lead Generation

Identify, qualify, and pursue new sales opportunities across targeted industries.

Build and manage a robust sales pipeline using the company CRM.

Analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and emerging opportunities.
Client Relationship Management

Develop relationships with key stakeholders including engineers, procurement leaders, and executives.

Conduct presentations, demonstrations, and technical discussions in collaboration with internal experts.

Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and foster long-term partnerships.
Sales Execution

Manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting to closing.

Prepare proposals, quotations, and commercial agreements.

Negotiate pricing and contract terms aligned with company policies.

Achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets.
Collaboration & Reporting

Partner with marketing, product, and engineering teams to align customer needs with solutions.

Communicate customer insights to support product and market strategy development.

Provide accurate reporting of sales activities, forecasts, and KPIs.
Travel

Travel within Europe (approximately 30–50%) for client meetings, industry events, and trade shows.
Qualifications & Experience
Required

3–7 years of B2B sales experience, ideally in technical, industrial, or engineering-related fields.

Strong understanding of European markets and cross-cultural communication.

Proven success meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Ability to communicate technical concepts effectively.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Highly self-motivated and comfortable with remote work.

Fluency in English; additional European languages are an asset.
Preferred

Experience in manufacturing, materials science, surface technologies, coatings, or industrial equipment.

Established network within OEM or industrial sectors.

Familiarity with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
