Are you a seasoned quality leader ready to shape the future of RF Power technologies? We’re supporting a leading semiconductor company in their search for a Global Head of R&D Quality—a strategic role at the intersection of innovation and operational excellence.
What You’ll Do
Define and lead global quality strategy across R&D and NPI activities
Embed a quality-first mindset throughout the product lifecycle—from design to volume manufacturing
Set standards for phase-gate criteria, validation frameworks, and qualification plans (JEDEC, customer-specific)
Drive early-stage risk assessments (FMEA, DfX) and reliability testing
Oversee global quality KPIs, dashboards, and operational performance monitoring
Act as the key customer quality contact, managing escalations and CAPA implementation
Mentor and develop NPI quality engineering talent worldwide
What We’re Looking For
Master’s or Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering, Physics, or Materials Science
10+ years in quality, R&D, or operations within the semiconductor industry
Deep understanding of RF Power amplifier development (design, simulation, validation)
Experience with ISO 9001, IATF 16949, Six Sigma, and Lean methodologies
Proven ability to lead cross-functional, multicultural teams and influence at all levels
Preferred Experience
Exposure to GaN or LDMOS RF technologies
Familiarity with advanced packaging (WLP, eWLB) and RF test methods
