We are supporting a leading global electronics company in their search for an experienced and motivated Internal Sales Manager to join their Munich office. Your role:
-
Lead and manage an Inside Sales team of approximately 9 associates
-
Develop and execute inside sales strategies to deliver excellent customer service and sales performance

Promote solution-selling in alignment with company strategy
-
Oversee sales support activities throughout the order-to-invoice process

Ensure associates receive timely and effective training in product knowledge, systems, and organizational skills

Own the customer interface for backend quality processes, including corrective actions and reports

Coordinate customer-related credit, financial, and commercial topics with internal stakeholders

Supervise accurate processing of customer quotations and support complex pricing negotiations
-
Serve as the first point of contact for internal and external escalations

Define, drive, and continuously improve team strategy for quotation management
About you:

Formal education in economics, business, or a related field

Substantial experience in a sales management position within electronics, semiconductors, EMS, or distribution

Fluent in German and English (spoken and written)

Proactive, open-minded, and results-driven

Strong Excel skills (Pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP)

Leadership or team management experience, with a collaborative approach

Flexible, reliable, and adaptable in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

Willing to learn and use internal IT systems and processes
