Manufacturing Equipment Maintenance Technician – Night Shift
Semiconductor Industry | Cleanroom Environment | Compressed Night Shift

We are recruiting on behalf of a leading semiconductor manufacturer for a Manufacturing Equipment Maintenance Technician to join their team on a compressed night shift schedule (Sunday, Monday, Tuesday and every other Saturday, 6:30 p.m. – 6:30 a.m.).

This is a hands-on, factory-based position for a technician who thrives on solving problems, working with precision, and growing within a fast-paced cleanroom environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on wafer fabrication equipment

  • Work alongside engineering, peers, and vendors to resolve equipment issues

  • Continuously improve equipment availability through root cause analysis

  • Document maintenance activities and attend pass-down meetings

  • Operate safely in a cleanroom setting, with PPE and hazardous materials as needed

    What You’ll Bring:

  • Associate degree in a technical field or equivalent military experience

  • Minimum 2 years of maintenance experience in a high-volume semiconductor environment

  • Proficiency with wafer fab equipment and cleanroom protocols

  • Strong mechanical, electronic, and troubleshooting capabilities

  • Reliable communication and documentation skills

  • Physical ability to work 12-hour night shifts, lift up to 60 lbs, and wear PPE
