Principal Quality & Reliability Engineer

Are you an expert in semiconductor Front-End technology with a passion for quality and reliability? We’re looking for a Principal Quality & Reliability Engineer to lead technology qualification strategies and ensure robust, high-performance solutions for next-generation applications.
What You’ll Do
? Define and implement technology qualification strategies aligned with industry standards
? Develop innovative solutions to reliability challenges, including potential patents/publications
? Translate customer reliability requirements into verifiable standards
? Build deep knowledge of failure mechanisms and share insights to prevent hazards
? Assess supplier processes and advise on quality improvements
? Lead quality engineering support for technology platform development teams
? Drive continuous improvement using data-driven corrective actions
What We’re Looking For
? Master’s (Ph.D. preferred) in Physics, Electronics, or related field
? 5+ years of experience in Front-End technology, quality, and reliability
? Strong knowledge of quality tools (FMEA, Six Sigma, DoE, 8D) and statistical methods
? Familiarity with Wafer Level Reliability testing
? Python and/or MATLAB skills (or willingness to learn)
Preferred Skills
? Experience with LDMOS, RF Power devices, or GaN materials
? Analytical thinker and problem solver
? Strong organizational and leadership abilities
? Excellent communication and presentation skills
? Team-oriented with enthusiasm for collaboration
