Product Manager III – Semiconductor Packaging

We are recruiting on behalf of our client, a global technology business specialising in advanced automation and assembly equipment, for a Product Manager III – Semiconductor Packaging.

The role will own the Advanced Packaging and Semiconductor product portfolio, driving product strategy, development, customer requirements and lifecycle management.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the product roadmap and lead development projects.

• Define product specifications, performance targets, costs and pricing.

• Work cross-functionally with Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Operations and Quality to meet customer requirements.

• Manage product lifecycle, including aftermarket service, parts and training.

• Support Business Development with market analysis, customer RFQs and customised solutions.

• Lead cross-functional technical project teams and support demand planning.

About You

• Bachelor's degree with 10+ years' relevant experience.

• 4+ years' Product Management experience.

• Proven experience in Semiconductor Advanced Packaging.

• Experience with high-speed, high-accuracy automation equipment is advantageous.

• Strong technical, communication and presentation skills.

• Experience leading cross-functional teams.

• Master's degree, PMP certification and SAP experience are advantageous.

• Willingness to travel globally up to 25%.
