Product Marketing Support – Singapore
A leading global technology and electronic components business is looking for a highly organised and detail-oriented Product Marketing Support professional to join its team in Singapore.
This role will support the business across purchasing, supplier coordination, inventory, product availability and sales support, working closely with suppliers and internal teams to ensure orders and product requirements are managed efficiently.
The Role

Manage Purchase Orders and purchasing requirements for assigned suppliers and product lines

Coordinate with suppliers on order confirmations, delivery dates, backlog and shipment schedules

Monitor inventory, incoming stock, open orders and supplier lead times
-
Support shipment planning and coordinate with internal Logistics and Sales teams
-
Provide accurate information on product availability, pricing, lead times and deliveries
-
Maintain purchasing, supplier and product data within internal systems
-
Prepare and maintain Excel reports, trackers and purchasing analyses
-
Identify and resolve supply, delivery and order-related issues
-
Support process improvements and develop tools to improve efficiency and visibility
About You
-
Experience in purchasing, sales support, product support, supply chain or a similar commercial/operational role

Experience within electronics, semiconductors, electronic components or a related technology market would be highly advantageous

Strong Excel and data management skills

Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills

Confident communicating with suppliers and internal stakeholders

Proactive approach with strong follow-through and ownership
-
Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
