Are you an experienced Project Manager with a background in space flight hardware, software, or complex engineering systems?

The Role

You’ll lead technical projects from bid through execution and completion, ensuring quality, schedule, budget, and customer objectives are achieved.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage project lifecycles, work packages, budgets, and resources.

• Coordinate technical, production, validation, and quality teams.

• Identify and manage project risks, issues, assumptions, and dependencies.

• Support proposals, contract negotiations, and new business opportunities.

• Drive schedule performance and effective project delivery.

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years’ experience managing technical projects.

• Direct experience in space flight hardware and/or software development.

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent.

• Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

• Experience with project scheduling tools and budget management.

• Ability to communicate complex technical issues to varied audiences.

Desirable Experience

• Space industry projects and ECSS standards.

• Configuration control and gate/phase reviews.

• Complex systems analysis and testing.

• Communications payload technologies.

• Proposal writing and capture management.
