Project Manager – Data Centre Industry

Frankfurt, Germany | Full-time | Mission-Critical Infrastructure Projects

We are recruiting on behalf of a well-established and fast-growing client in the data centre sector. They are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee the delivery of large-scale infrastructure projects across their Frankfurt operations.

This is a key position within a high-performing team, responsible for managing the full project lifecycle—ensuring quality, safety, budget, and schedule targets are consistently met.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of data centre construction and upgrade projects

• Manage cross-functional teams, external contractors, and stakeholders throughout all phases

• Monitor project performance and proactively manage risks and change controls

• Ensure compliance with local building regulations, health & safety standards, and internal specifications

• Provide regular updates and reporting to senior leadership and clients

• Drive continuous improvement across project delivery processes

Requirements:

• Proven experience managing complex technical or construction projects, ideally within data centre or critical infrastructure environments

• Strong understanding of MEP systems and construction processes

• Fluency in English; German language skills are a strong advantage

• Ability to lead diverse teams and manage stakeholder expectations

• Experience with project management tools and methodologies

• Relevant qualifications in engineering, construction, or project management
