EHS & Quality Management Systems Analyst

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented EHS & Quality Management Systems Analyst to support environmental, sustainability, health & safety, and quality management initiatives across a global organisation within the electronics supply chain.

This role will play a key part in maintaining compliance with international standards, supporting sustainability reporting, managing environmental and quality processes, and driving continuous improvement across operations.

The successful candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, maintain quality management systems, and support the development of environmental sustainability programmes.


Key Responsibilities

Sustainability & Environmental Initiatives

  • Support the development and implementation of the company’s sustainability strategy, including measurable goals, targets, and objectives.

  • Identify opportunities to reduce environmental impact, particularly relating to greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions and energy consumption.

  • Assist in measuring and analysing carbon footprint data and environmental performance.

  • Contribute to environmental reporting and sustainability disclosures.

Compliance & Certification

  • Maintain compliance with international standards including ISO 14001, ISO 9001, AS6081 and AS9120.

  • Assist in the development and maintenance of environmental, quality, and regulatory policies and procedures.

  • Monitor evolving regulatory requirements and ensure internal systems remain compliant.

  • Support preparations for internal and external audits.

ESG Platforms & Customer Requirements

  • Maintain company compliance across customer-driven sustainability and ESG platforms such as:

    • RBA Supplier Platform

    • EcoVadis

    • CDP (Carbon Disclosure Project)

    • Assent and similar platforms

  • Manage sustainability reporting requests and questionnaires from key customers and partners.

  • Maintain accurate company profiles and submit required sustainability data.

Quality Management System

  • Support the ongoing maintenance and improvement of the Quality Management System (QMS).

  • Contribute to the development and control of procedures, work instructions, and controlled documentation.

  • Monitor quality performance metrics and support continuous improvement initiatives.

  • Conduct internal audits to ensure operational compliance with quality standards.

  • Assist with supplier quality audits and quality assurance processes.

Operational Support

  • Support Return Material Authorization (RMA) investigations and processes.

  • Deliver training and guidance to employees on quality and environmental procedures.

  • Provide regular reporting on sustainability, compliance, and quality initiatives.


Skills & Experience

  • Degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability, Occupational Health & Safety, Quality Management, or a related discipline

  • 3–5 years’ experience in auditing, compliance, sustainability, or quality systems

  • Knowledge of ISO standards (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, AS9120) is advantageous

  • Experience working with ESG or sustainability reporting platforms is beneficial

  • Strong analytical and research skills with excellent attention to detail

  • Ability to manage internal and external audits

  • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

  • ISO auditing certification is an advantage

  • Experience within the electronics or component industry is a plus
