We are recruiting, on behalf of a confidential client, a global leader in edge AI and semiconductor innovation, seeking a Regional Sales Manager to drive growth in the Korean market.
This is a senior, high-impact role responsible for expanding market share, deepening customer relationships, and increasing IP licensing revenue across the region. You’ll report directly to global sales leadership and collaborate cross-functionally with product, marketing, and technical teams.
Your key responsibilities:

Lead strategic sales initiatives across Korea to grow market presence

Build and manage relationships with key SoC customers

Drive the full sales cycle, from lead generation to contract negotiation

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment on customer needs

Deliver accurate sales forecasts and contribute to business planning

Analyze competitor movements and market shifts to adapt strategy

Represent the company at events and customer meetings across Korea
What you’ll bring:

7+ years of sales experience in semiconductors, IP, or related tech

Experience with IP licensing, contracts, and royalty agreements

Strong understanding of AI technologies and semiconductor ecosystems

A proven track record of achieving or exceeding targets

Exceptional relationship-building and project management skills

Fluency in Korean and English (written and spoken)

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field
