Sales / Business Development Manager DACH region

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales / Business Development Manager to drive customer engagement and revenue growth across the DACH region. Working remotely with flexible travel, you will be a key part of a dynamic international sales team, helping to deliver critical component sourcing solutions to a diverse customer base.
The Role:

Identify and develop new business opportunities within the DACH region (Germany, Austria, Switzerland).

Build and manage strong, lasting relationships with OEMs, EMS providers, and supply chain professionals.

Drive the full sales cycle from lead generation through to deal closure and account management.

Work closely with internal teams including purchasing, logistics, and quality to meet client needs.

Regularly update CRM systems and maintain a strong, clean sales pipeline.

Represent the company at client meetings, trade shows, and industry events as required.
About You:

Proven sales or business development experience within the electronic components industry - ideally within the distribution sector

Strong knowledge of the DACH market and a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.

Fluent German and English language skills (written and spoken).

Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Self-driven, proactive, and able to work independently.

Willingness to travel as needed within the region.

Experience with CRM tools and reporting.
