Senior Business Development & Sales Manager – DACH Region (Semiconductors)
Location: On-site in Marin/Neuchâtel (No remote/hybrid)
We are seeking a seasoned business development and sales professional with a strong technical background (BSEE or equivalent) and deep experience in the semiconductor industry. The ideal candidate has a proven track record of driving revenue, managing key accounts, and identifying new business opportunities across the DACH region.
Key Responsibilities

Lead sales and business development activities in the DACH region across direct, representative, and distribution channels.

Develop and execute sales strategies aligned with company goals to drive growth and achieve KPIs (revenue and design wins).

Identify and develop new market opportunities and customer relationships.

Manage and support channel partners and ecosystem stakeholders to deliver integrated solutions.

Oversee customer engagement from design-in to production, providing technical and commercial support throughout.

Conduct competitive analysis and collaborate with internal teams to refine positioning and product roadmaps.

Drive commercial negotiations and manage contracts involving cross-functional stakeholders (R&D, legal, quality, logistics).

Travel as required to maintain customer and partner engagement.
Required Profile

10+ years in technical sales or business development in the semiconductor or electronics space.

Solid experience with BLE, RFID, NFC, wireless, IoT, and sensor technologies.

Strong network within the DACH region, especially Germany.

Skilled in complex technical sales at both engineering and executive levels.

Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building abilities.

Proficient in managing customer ecosystems and multi-level account penetration.
Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering (or similar technical discipline).

Fluent in German and English; French or other languages are a plus.

Self-driven, organized, and capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment.
