Senior Business Development & Sales Manager – DACH Region (Semiconductors)
Location: On-site in Marin/Neuchâtel (No remote/hybrid)

We are seeking a seasoned business development and sales professional with a strong technical background (BSEE or equivalent) and deep experience in the semiconductor industry. The ideal candidate has a proven track record of driving revenue, managing key accounts, and identifying new business opportunities across the DACH region.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead sales and business development activities in the DACH region across direct, representative, and distribution channels.

  • Develop and execute sales strategies aligned with company goals to drive growth and achieve KPIs (revenue and design wins).

  • Identify and develop new market opportunities and customer relationships.

  • Manage and support channel partners and ecosystem stakeholders to deliver integrated solutions.

  • Oversee customer engagement from design-in to production, providing technical and commercial support throughout.

  • Conduct competitive analysis and collaborate with internal teams to refine positioning and product roadmaps.

  • Drive commercial negotiations and manage contracts involving cross-functional stakeholders (R&D, legal, quality, logistics).

  • Travel as required to maintain customer and partner engagement.

Required Profile

  • 10+ years in technical sales or business development in the semiconductor or electronics space.

  • Solid experience with BLE, RFID, NFC, wireless, IoT, and sensor technologies.

  • Strong network within the DACH region, especially Germany.

  • Skilled in complex technical sales at both engineering and executive levels.

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building abilities.

  • Proficient in managing customer ecosystems and multi-level account penetration.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering (or similar technical discipline).

  • Fluent in German and English; French or other languages are a plus.

  • Self-driven, organized, and capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment.
