Senior 3GPP RAN1 Standards Delegate (Remote, Europe – Long-Term Contract)

We are seeking an experienced 3GPP RAN1 Standards Delegate to join a long-term project, working fully remotely from anywhere in Europe.

About the Role:
You will participate actively in 3GPP RAN1 meetings, advocate for key positions, and help shape the direction of terminal-related standards. Your focus will include promoting terminal value topics, securing leadership roles within standardization efforts, and contributing to the development of standard-essential patents. You will also provide insights into future technology trends and support internal innovation initiatives.

Requirements:

• Active RAN1 delegate experience (essential)

• 8+ years of experience in 3GPP standardization and wireless technology research

• Deep understanding of 3GPP access network technologies and protocols

• Track record of leadership roles in 3GPP (rapporteur, chair/vice-chair preferred)

• Strong communication, presentation, and strategic skills
