Key Responsibilities:

Manage and expand a portfolio of OEM and EMS customers across Germany, Austria, and Switzerland.

Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the independent distribution channel.

Provide strategic sourcing solutions, particularly during component shortages and allocation.

Work closely with internal sourcing and logistics teams to deliver exceptional service to customers.

Consistently meet and exceed sales targets and gross profit objectives.

Travel to customer sites and trade events as needed (approx. 20–30%).
Required Experience:

Current experience in independent distribution of electronic components (mandatory).

Strong existing network of contacts in the DACH electronics manufacturing market.

Proven success in managing large accounts and closing high-value deals.

Deep understanding of supply chain dynamics, shortages, and component lifecycles.

Fluent in German and English.
