The Opportunity

We're seeking a driven and experienced Senior Account Manager to join a high-performing sales team in a remote capacity. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in customer-facing roles, enjoys solving complex challenges, and has a strong background in sales and account growth—particularly within the electronic components or supply chain space.

As a trusted advisor to your clients, you’ll help expand our market footprint and develop long-lasting relationships built on service excellence, market insight, and strategic collaboration.


What You’ll Do

Customer Growth & Retention

  • Manage and expand a portfolio of assigned customer accounts

  • Build and nurture strong client relationships to drive retention and revenue

  • Serve as the key contact, ensuring exceptional customer service and satisfaction

Strategic Sales Execution

  • Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities

  • Create account strategies that align with customer needs and company goals

  • Collaborate across purchasing, logistics, and operations to deliver outstanding results

Client Engagement

  • Lead regular communication via virtual meetings, phone, and email

  • Travel occasionally to meet clients in-person and strengthen relationships

Team & Market Collaboration

  • Align closely with business development and internal stakeholders to drive performance

  • Provide market feedback to help refine our offerings and approach


What We’re Looking For

  • At least 3 years of success in account management or inside sales

  • Industry experience in electronic components, technology, or related distribution sectors

  • A proactive, relationship-first approach with excellent communication skills

  • Experience working remotely and managing time effectively

  • Comfort with CRM systems and sales analytics tools

  • Willingness to travel occasionally for key client engagements
