We are partnering with a global leader in IT lifecycle solutions to recruit an experienced Senior Cisco Networking Trader / Broker. This is an exceptional opportunity for a highly networked professional with deep expertise in Cisco and related enterprise networking equipment to lead high-value trading activities across the secondary hardware market.
In this role, you will manage procurement and resale of networking hardware, leveraging your supplier relationships and technical knowledge to identify opportunities, negotiate profitable transactions, and deliver value to both clients and internal teams. You will also act as a strategic advisor to channel sales teams, providing pricing insights and market intelligence to support revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities

Lead procurement and resale of enterprise networking hardware across the global secondary market.

Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, OEM partners, brokers, and end-users.

Collaborate with internal sales teams to structure deals and respond to complex client requests.

Provide guidance on pricing, availability, and technical fit for Cisco networking products.

Identify and capitalize on market trends and arbitrage opportunities.

Coordinate with operations, logistics, and finance teams to ensure successful deal execution.

Stay current on end-of-life Cisco products, emerging networking technologies, and global market developments.
About You

Minimum 5 years’ experience in IT hardware brokerage, trading, or IT asset disposition (ITAD).

Strong technical understanding of Cisco networking solutions (switching, routing, security, wireless, collaboration, data center).

Proven track record of closing profitable deals and managing a strong book of business.

Excellent negotiation, communication, and forecasting skills.

Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced trading environment.

Collaborative approach to supporting internal sales teams and client opportunities.
Preferred:

Global sourcing experience within networking hardware.

Familiarity with R2/ISO standards and sustainability practices in ITAD.

Experience with ERP/CRM systems.

Background working with large enterprise or Fortune 500 clients.
