Shape How Cutting-Edge Products Meet Global Regulation

A fast-growing technology company is redefining how manufacturers interact with regulation, using advanced software to streamline compliance across sectors like mobility, energy, and industrial systems. Backed by extensive funding from leading investors, and already supporting the development of products reaching more than 100 million users globally, the company is now expanding its regulatory expertise.

We’re looking for a Senior Regulatory Specialist to play a pivotal role in how legal and regulatory intelligence is researched, structured, and embedded into a next-generation product. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify, interpret, and operationalize laws and standards that impact complex physical products across international markets.

What You’ll Do

  • Provide expert guidance on global regulations covering software and hardware, including safety, emissions, environmental impact, data protection, and AI

  • Track regulatory developments and translate them into structured insights for use by technical teams

  • Work hand-in-hand with engineers and data scientists to ensure that compliance data is integrated into product features and internal systems

  • Help build the internal knowledge frameworks and workflows needed to scale a modern regulatory platform from the ground up

Who You Are

  • Experienced in compliance, legal, or regulatory roles, ideally with exposure to industries such as automotive, mobility, electronics, or other highly regulated sectors

  • Confident in reading, analyzing, and applying complex legislation in a fast-moving product or engineering setting

  • Comfortable collaborating with both technical and non-technical stakeholders

  • Detail-oriented, curious, and structured in your approach to research and implementation

  • Adaptable and motivated to work in a high-ownership, early-stage environment

Bonus Points

  • Background in engineering or technical disciplines

  • Previous experience with AI, regulatory tech, or compliance-focused data products

What You’ll Get

  • Competitive compensation and equity

  • Remote-first flexibility (US, preferred, will consider Europe if you have US Regulatory knowledge)

  • Full healthcare benefits (medical, dental, vision)

  • Unlimited paid time off
