We’re supporting a leading global technology company in building its semiconductor strategy team in Belgium.

As Business Development Manager (non sales role), you’ll help shape the company’s future investment and cooperation strategy, connecting technological insight with business opportunity. You’ll analyse trends across photonics, RF, and semiconductor design, identify strategic partners, and support due diligence for potential investments.

This role bridges technology, strategy, and business, making it ideal for someone with a semiconductor background (materials, physics, or electronics) who enjoys thinking beyond pure R&D.

What you’ll bring:

• 2–5 years’ experience in semiconductors, technology strategy, or business development

• Strong analytical mindset and understanding of the semiconductor ecosystem
