Field Sales Engineer – Electronics (Home Office, Central Germany)

A growing international electronics company is looking to expand its field sales team in Central Germany. This home-office–based role offers responsibility for both existing customers and new business opportunities. You will combine technical engagement with customer relationship management in a flexible, supportive environment.

What you will do
  • Support and grow customer relationships across your territory
  • Understand customer requirements and provide tailored technical solutions
  • Develop new business opportunities within the electronics sector
  • Represent the company at industry events, trade fairs, and customer meetings
  • Plan and conduct workshops, technical presentations, and webinars for key customers
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure customer satisfaction

Who we are looking for
  • Degree in Electrical Engineering, Business Administration, or equivalent
  • Experience in technical or field-based sales is advantageous
  • Knowledge of electronics, electromechanics, or semiconductor technologies is a plus but not required
  • Fluent in German with good English skills
  • Valid driving licence and willingness to travel within your territory
  • Structured, hands-on, and customer-focused working style
