Technical Sales Engineer – RF, Wireless, IoT & Connectivity (Remote, UK)
Are you a commercially focused engineer with a passion for cutting-edge connectivity solutions?
A leading European technology company is seeking a Technical Sales Engineer to support and grow its UK customer base across RF, wireless, and IoT markets. This remote-based role is ideal for someone with strong experience in cellular, Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, GPS, and other wireless communication technologies.
You’ll work with some of the most innovative OEMs and tech manufacturers, providing tailored solutions that power next-generation products across sectors like industrial IoT, smart cities, telecoms, aerospace, and defence.
The Role
This is a consultative technical sales position focused on helping UK customers find the right connectivity components and modules for their applications. You’ll be part of a pan-European team, with support from in-house product specialists and supplier partners.
Responsibilities

Drive new business and manage key accounts across the UK.

Provide pre-sales technical advice on wireless and IoT solutions including cellular (4G/5G), Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, GNSS/GPS, LPWAN, and RF modules.

Develop strong relationships with engineering teams and decision-makers.

Collaborate closely with product management and European technical teams.

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends and emerging technologies.
Requirements

Proven experience in a technical sales, business development, or field applications role within wireless communications or IoT.

Strong technical knowledge of RF components, cellular technologies, Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, and GPS/GNSS solutions.

Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

Self-motivated and able to manage your own time in a remote work setting.

Degree or equivalent experience in Electronics, Telecommunications, or a related field.
