Are you passionate about technical sales and looking to make a real impact in the electronics industry? We’re seeking a motivated Field Sales Engineer to support and grow our customer base across South Central England
In this strategically important position, you will be the key point of contact for our customers' engineering and manufacturing teams. You’ll represent a broad and innovative product portfolio, managing both new business development and existing customer relationships in a technically consultative sales environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify target groups and analyse customer needs to provide presales support

Take full budget and profit responsibility within your assigned sales territory

Drive new customer acquisition and grow relationships with existing accounts in the electronics sector

Respond to technical inquiries and coordinate solutions with internal product teams

Represent the company and product range at industry trade shows and technical events

Independently plan and run workshops, tech days, and webinars for key accounts and distribution partners

Collaborate closely with the internal sales team to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction

Maintain accurate reporting of sales activities and keep customer data up to date

Deliver regular updates and insights to management
What You Bring:

Degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering (or equivalent technical sales experience)

Experience in a technical sales or field sales role

Knowledge of electromechanical components or semiconductors is a plus (but not essential—full training provided)

Based within the sales territory (South-Central England / Oxford / Cambridge)

Fluent English communication skills (written and spoken)

Valid UK driving licence

Willingness to travel frequently (minimum 50% of the time)

Proficiency in MS Office, Teams, Salesforce

Hands-on, can-do attitude with strong analytical and interpersonal skills
