The Role

You will be responsible for managing and expanding business within a defined territory in France, working closely with customers, partners, and internal technical teams.

The role combines strategic business development with consultative account management and technical solution selling.

Responsibilities include:
  • Developing new customer relationships and identifying growth opportunities
  • Managing and expanding existing accounts
  • Understanding complex customer requirements and proposing appropriate solutions
  • Supporting the full commercial cycle from technical discussions through to quotation and negotiation
  • Building long-term partnerships with customers
  • Maintaining accurate pipeline and opportunity management through CRM tools
What We’re Looking For
  • Significant experience in technical sales within photonics, optics, lasers, imaging, or related technologies
  • Proven ability to sell complex technical solutions into industrial or high-tech markets
  • Strong commercial mindset with a proactive approach to business development
  • Comfortable engaging with both technical and commercial stakeholders
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Self-motivated, organised, and capable of working autonomously
  • Fluent French and professional English language skills
