Territory Sales Manager – Central U.S.
Location: Central U.S. (OH, W. PA, IN, MO, CO, MN) | Travel: Up to 40%
We’re seeking an experienced Territory Sales Manager to drive growth of our wireless module and embedded systems business across the Central U.S. You'll manage key accounts and distribution partners, lead new business development, and execute territory strategies in high-growth markets like IoT, industrial, and medical.
Key Responsibilities

Own territory revenue and growth strategy by analyzing market size, partner ecosystems, and account potential

Lead and mentor a dedicated Sales Engineer; coordinate activity and ensure high-impact engagement

Develop and expand key customer relationships to identify new opportunities and maintain forecast accuracy

Build new business pipelines via partners, industry events, and outbound efforts

Execute deal strategies from discovery through proposal and close

Maintain CRM hygiene including leads, accounts, and opportunity data
What You'll Bring

Proven ability to sell complex hardware or wireless solutions (modules, SOMs, SBCs, embedded tech)

Strong commercial instincts and ability to build long-term, strategic customer relationships

Detail-oriented with solid time management and prioritization skills

Experience working with electronics distributors

Familiarity with CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred)
Qualifications

BA/BS or equivalent experience; engineering background preferred

Minimum 5 years’ experience in electronics or semiconductor sales

U.S. work authorization required
