Territory Sales Manager – Southeast U.S. 

Location: Southeast U.S. (E. PA, NJ, MD, DE, VA, WV, NC, SC, GA, FL, AL, MS, TN, KY, TX, OK, LA, AR) | Travel: Up to 40%

We’re looking for a driven Territory Sales Manager to lead growth across the Southeast U.S. for our wireless module and embedded systems portfolio. This role involves managing key customer and distributor relationships, driving new design wins, and leading a Sales Engineer to execute strategic growth plans across a diverse set of high-impact verticals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and execute territory growth plans, leveraging data on market potential, partner relationships, and account opportunities

  • Lead collaboration with the territory Sales Engineer, setting priorities and mentoring to maximize customer engagement

  • Develop long-term relationships with key accounts and decision-makers across engineering, product, and business teams

  • Identify and pursue new customers through direct outreach, distributor networks, and industry events

  • Own the sales process from discovery to close, tailoring value propositions and aligning internal resources to deliver solutions

  • Maintain accurate CRM records for accounts, leads, and opportunities

What You'll Bring

  • Deep interest in wireless solutions (modules, SOMs, SBCs) and ability to communicate complex value in simple terms

  • Strong commercial judgment and the ability to manage a pipeline with high-value and credible opportunities

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with experience influencing senior stakeholders

  • Familiarity with distributor sales models in the electronics space

  • Salesforce or similar CRM experience preferred

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience (engineering background preferred)

  • Minimum 5 years of sales experience in the electronics or semiconductor sector

  • U.S. work authorization required
