I am the owner & Chief Executive of MRL Consulting Group (originally incorporated as Microscape Recruitment Ltd in 1997). I am also the Geschäftsführer of MRL Consulting GmbH and Gérant of MRL Consulting SARL.
I am a career recruiter, since graduating in 1994, and helped co-found MRL in 1997. My main duties include forming the strategy & direction for the Group and the recruitment, retention & motivation of great people for MRL. By doing my job properly I ensure that our clients and candidates are getting world-class service every single day. I am passionate about the welfare & well-being of my colleagues and successfully implemented the 4 Day Week across the Group in 2019 – long before it ever became fashionable!
