Natalie Hughes is a Principal Consultant who joined MRL in January 2021 with over 12 years of experience in the recruitment industry. Having honed her skills in the lighting and optics space, Natalie has transitioned over to service the semiconductor industry across Europe with a fantastic track record of customer satisfaction and candidate success.
Natalie loves spending time with her family and is often ferrying her two children around on the weekend to every club under the sun. When she's not with her family, you'll find Natalie enjoying the countryside and all of the pubs and restaurants they have to offer with her nearest and dearest friends.
