Neil has worked in recruitment since 2007, specialising in the Biotech and Pharmaceutical industries. Throughout his career, Neil has partnered with large Pharmaceutical Companies, Innovative Biotechs, Life Science Venture Capital / Private Equity organisations and Service Providers providing Retained, Contingent and Contract recruitment solutions for mid to senior-level appointments.
Outside of work, Neil is a proud family man. He is married with two children, his wife is a former Team GB High Jumper and Heptathlete and recently set a High Jump World Record for her age group! Neil has also recently brought a puppy into the family, so his weekends are just as busy as his weekdays!
Neil’s passions include Cricket, Rugby and Football – he can often be found at the Amex Stadium with his son supporting their beloved Brighton & Hove Albion!
