Account Executive – Payments Technology (Strategic Account Management)

Are you a relationship-driven payments professional who thrives on helping customers grow while delivering commercial results?

A leading global technology provider serving the payments industry is seeking an experienced Account Executive to manage and expand a portfolio of strategic clients across North America. This is a high-impact role combining account management, customer success, and revenue growth within a dynamic and rapidly evolving payments ecosystem.

What You'll Be Doing

? Acting as the trusted advisor and primary point of contact for key strategic customers

? Building long-term executive relationships and driving exceptional client experiences

? Identifying and delivering upsell and cross-sell opportunities that create value for customers and revenue growth for the business

? Leading account planning, business reviews, contract renewals, and commercial discussions

? Partnering with product, marketing, and growth teams to develop tailored solutions that support customer objectives

? Contributing market intelligence and customer insights to shape go-to-market strategy

? Representing the business at industry events, conferences, and customer engagements

What We're Looking For

? Proven success in account management, customer success, or strategic relationship management within payments technology

? Strong commercial acumen with a track record of growing revenue within existing accounts

? Experience engaging senior stakeholders and C-suite decision-makers

? Excellent communication, negotiation, and consultative selling skills

? Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a customer-first approach

? Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

? Willingness to travel up to 30%

? Experience with networking, connectivity, or SD-WAN technologies would be advantageous but is not essential.

? Competitive base salary: $148,000 – $165,000
