We’re expanding our international sales support team and are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our new European HQ in Weesp, Amsterdam. You’ll be part of a friendly, dedicated team supporting customers across 66+ countries in the lighting industry — helping deliver exceptional service across architectural and signage lighting solutions.

What You’ll Do

Support our international sales team with quotes, order management, and delivery updates

Resolve issues across the sales cycle (delivery, invoicing, returns)

Communicate with supply chain, logistics, and internal teams to ensure customer success

Build strong relationships through regular customer calls and action planning via CRM
What You’ll Bring
-
2+ years of customer service or sales operations experience
-
Background in a technical or manufacturing environment (lighting or LED a bonus!)

Proficient in MS Office and order entry software

Experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM (preferred)

Fluent in French and/or German
-
Associate’s degree or equivalent
