MRL Consulting Group is working with a global leader in LED lighting solutions to find a proactive and highly organised Executive Assistant to the President & CEO, based at the company’s new European headquarters in Weesp, near Amsterdam.
This is a rare opportunity to support a global executive at the centre of a dynamic and expanding organisation. Our client operates across 66 countries and has invested heavily in equipment, infrastructure and people. Now, they are looking for a right-hand support professional to help drive efficiency at the highest level of the organisation.
About the Role
You will act as the primary point of contact for the President & CEO, managing a wide range of executive and administrative responsibilities. This includes managing calendars, coordinating complex travel arrangements, supporting the leadership team with daily operations, and overseeing both business and personal tasks.
Key Responsibilities

Serve as first point of contact for the President & CEO, handling queries and sourcing information

Manage complex scheduling, meetings, travel and accommodation arrangements

Oversee expense reports, appointments, event planning and daily administrative needs

Support day-to-day office operations, including ordering supplies and liaising with service providers

Assist with personal tasks and scheduling for the President & CEO

Provide high-level support to other members of the leadership team as required
Candidate Profile

Previous experience in C-level or senior executive support

Bachelor’s degree preferred

Fluent in both English and Dutch
-
Strong multitasking ability and adaptability in a fast-paced environment

Full-time availability to work on site

High level of discretion and confidentiality

Flexibility for occasional long hours or travel

Willing to undergo background checks
